Our spirit contends with our flesh and Paul describes his mind following the law of God while his flesh keeps the law of sin.
Free from the Law
The clearest, most concise response from scripture for the 10 Commandment/Sabbath is Saturday/can’t eat pork/Hebrew roots crowd. Paul responded to the Judaizers in his letter to the Galatians but Romans 7 explains why we are dead to the law.
